Smooth a generous, even layer onto minor cuts, scrapes, bug bites bee stings, chafed spots, hot spots, and dry, cracked patches. Cover with a light bandage if needed and reapply 2–3× daily to keep the area comfortable. For small, superficial burns, cool under running water for several minutes before applying.

For prevention on high-friction days, rub a generous amount on heels, toes, inner thighs, or straps before activity. For cracked heels or dry knuckles, apply generously and leave on overnight (socks or cotton gloves help).
